Welcome to enjoy the beautiful nature of the Northeast Finland and the winter wonderland, ridden by a dog sled!
Why choose us and what we promise for you? Small groups, no hurry, far away from rush. Always time to pet and cuddle the dogs. Not only safari, feel connection with the dogs and get to know about their lives. And most importantly, our programs are strongly built around the well-being of dogs.
Husky safaris include a kennel visit, a guided dog sledding and, depending on the program, coffee / tea or a lunch. Driving shared on a safari, one sits comfortably in the warmth of a reindeer hide on a sleigh and the other steers the sleigh, you can change drivers. Driving alone you will get own dog team. There is also a small souvenir shop in our farm.

Note! equipment or transport are not included in the price! When coming to the safari, make sure you have warm enough and weather-appropriate clothing. The person who is guiding the dog sled must be in good physical and mental condition and have good body balance that you can steer the sled with your own body weight and use the brakes. The routes are mainly easy and suitable for first-time riders, the terrain is varied and there are some hills on the routes. Driving instruction is given in Finnish or English.

On this safari you will already have a good experience about guiding a dog sled! Our eager sled dogs will take you through the snowy forest, in middle point of tour we can take a photography break.

What would sounds a day trip in the snowy winter forest, riding a dog sled? In the middle point of the safari we have a lunch break by the campfire.

Even all our groups are small, if you want real private experience with sled dogs only for your family or group this is the right choice. You learn lot of from mushing and can enjoy snowy landscapes. You can really feel how contagious the dogs joy is when they get to run. On this tour you will also get to know Finnish food culture.
